E6 Energy Fuel Top Secret Ingredients
“E6 is designed to give you healthy energy, so I looked at healthy foods and put the nector of nature into every E6 Ingredient.”
Paul Sullivan has 35 years of healthcare experience as a Pharmacist, Hospital Pharmacy Innovator, Speaker, Writer and Educator on health and pharmacy issues; health product formulator and leader in Pharmaco-Nutrition Clinical Care.
The combination of his Pharmacy, Biology and Chemistry education has helped him enjoy an outstanding career as a healthcare product formulator in both the retail and integrative medical community. While most of his experience is in nutritional products, he has developed other products for the dental and skin care professions. The majority of Paul’s practice has concentrated on tablets and capsules; his expertise is expansive including not only the formulation but also managing the manufacturing production for protein bars and meal replacement shakes, oral strips, soft gels and liquids totaling nearly 400 products.

Vitamin B6
One of our bodies most crucial vitamins, it is essential in over 100 chemical reactions, including creating amino acids; helping our nervous system function properly; and increasing the amount of oxygen carried in the bloodstream. It also is used in creating DNA.
Foods that are good sources of B6 include beans, meat, poultry, fish, fortified cereals, and some fruits and vegetables.
Vitamin B12
Helps in the creation of red blood cells, and the development of nerve cells.
Niacin (Niacinamide)
Plays an important role in the conversion of fats, carbohydrates, proteins, and starches into energy. Helps in the removal of toxic chemicals from the body.
Also opens capillaries and increases blood flow near the skin. This sometimes causes a “niacin flush,” characterized by red, itching skin around the face and neck that may last a few minutes. Niacinamide is a form of Niacin that causes little or no “niacin flush.”
Dr. Paul Says: “Niacin ( Vitamin B3) helps facilitate energy transport in your cells that accelerate metabolism via healthy electron transport and increased enzyme metabolism. Without this critical nutrient, reduced cellular communication and resulting energy deficits are not uncommon”.
Food sources of niacin include meat and dairy products, broccoli, avocados, tomatoes, dried legumes, and leafy vegetables.
Folic Acid (Vitamin B9)
Essential in the production and maintenance of new cells, and is needed to make DNA and RNA. Folic Acid deficiency can result in irritability, depression, mental fatigue, insomnia, and weakened muscles.
Good foods for Folic Acids include leafy green vegetables, fruits, and dried legumes.
Special Energy Blend
Taurine
(Shots Only)
Plays a role in digestion, and helps process potassium, calcium, and sodium in the body. Adults have high concentrations of Taurine in their white blood cells, skeletal muscles, and heart and central nervous system. Occurs naturally in meats, fish, and dairy products.
Dr. Paul Says: “Preliminary studies show Taurine may improve mental acuity and increase endurance via improvement of our body’s natural endogenous antioxidant defense system. Studies also demonstrate increased muscle response during workouts resulting in increased exercise time and exercise distance in subjects who received Taurine for 2 weeks”.
Caffeine
Helps to provide a boost of energy and increased alertness. Recent medical reports and studies indicate that caffeine is both safe and beneficial to humans in that it helps facilitate absorption of B-Vitamins.
Malic Acid
Synthesized during the process of converting carbohydrates to energy. Helps to remove high levels of phosphorous and aluminum from the body. The main food sources of Malic Acid are fruits, especially apples.
Glucuronolactone
(Shots Only)
Clinically shown to reduce sleepiness and sleep-related traffic accidents, it is widely known to improve mental performance, reaction time, concentration and memory. Produced in the body naturally by the metabolization of glucose in the liver.
Dr Paul says: “An Austrian Trial detailed the health benefits of glucuronolactone including the improvement of mental abilities and mood when taken in combination with Taurine and caffeine, both of which are included in E6! Glucuronolactone has the added benefit of providing foundational nutrients for maintaining health joints and flexible tendons and ligaments”.
Tyrosine
(Shots Only)
An amino acid that transmits nerve impulses to the brain, elevates mood, improves memory and increases mental alertness. Present in meat, dairy, fish, and grains.
Phenylalanine
(Shots Only)
An essential amino acid that elevates the mood, enhances memory and alertness, and helps to suppress appetite. Found in dairy products, avocados, legumes, nuts, leafy vegetables, whole grains, poultry and fish.
People that have a genetic disorder called phenylketonuria (PKU) are unable to metabolize phenylalanine and must adhere to a low protein diet and abstain from foods containing phenylalanine. Infants are tested for PKU at birth so you already know if you have it. The artificial sweetener, aspertame, contains low levels of Phenylalanine. Please note, however, that E6 6-hr Energy Shots are sweetened with sucralose, NOT aspertame.
Dr. Paul says: “Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid derived from protein that acts as a precursor for critical the neurotransmitters Dopamine and Norepinephrine that have a positive impact on mental energy and the mood centers of the brain. Without the presence of Phenylalanine, deficiencies such as lack of energy, depression, decreased alertness and memory problems can result”.
Recommended Use
Drink one half (1/2) bottle (one ounce) for moderate energy. Drink full bottle (two ounces) for sustained energy. Do not exceed more than one bottle every six hours. Use or discard any remainder within 72 hours (three days) after opening. Refrigeration not required.
Please Use Responsibly
Limit or avoid products containing caffeine to avoid jitters, sleeplessness and rapid heartbeat. Not for use by children, pregnant women or individuals sensitive to caffeine. This product contains Niacin (as Niacinamide) so some people may experience a flush feeling, hot sensation or redness of skin that lasts for a few minutes.
The FDA categorizes products like E6 6-hr Energy Shots as “dietary supplements.” Government rules for supplements differ from those established for foods or synthetic medicines. All dietary supplements must comply with DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act) regulations for labeling, manufacturing practices, and use ingredients categorized as GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe). The FDA does not test and approve dietary supplements, as they do with medicines, because their ingredients are already established as safe.
